Welcome back to all of you for another season of Officiating in the SPRMHA hockey Association. Hopefully everyone has had a good summer and is looking forward to getting back on the ice. I just wanted to touch base on a few items.
New Officials:
Any person who is 12 years of age before December 2010 or any individual who would like to learn more about officiating can meet in the Maple Wood room on Thursday September 16 at 5:30pm. We will be discussing what you have to do to become an official, what to expect through out the season and the rewards of being an official.
Returning Officials:
All returning Officials please remember you must attend a clinic to be able to referee this year. If you all could please send me a quick e-mail to let me know that you plan on returning this year it would be great. This will allow me to have an idea where we are at for the season. Below is the list of clinics for this season. You can go to the Hockey PEI website and sign up for any of these in advance.
